Within the engineering subsidiary of the Group (DNG Industrie), the Studies and Methods Manager plays a central role in optimizing and planning construction work. In close collaboration with project managers, local teams, and subcontractors, you help ensure efficient and controlled execution while adhering to quality and safety standards.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
Responsibilities of the Studies and Methods Manager :
Cost Estimation and Work Planning
Conduct accurate project cost estimations (costs, timelines, resources).
Develop construction methods in collaboration with project managers.
Define labor, material, and equipment requirements for each project phase.
Propose solutions to optimize costs and mitigate risks.
Team and Subcontractor Coordination
Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure alignment on methods and resources.
Participate in scheduling work sequences and monitoring the overall project timeline.
Ensure smooth communication between local teams and technical partners.
Control and Monitoring
Validate quality control methods and tools in coordination with site managers.
Track project progress to ensure adherence to costs, deadlines, and quality objectives.
Prepare performance reports and suggest adjustments when necessary.
Technical Studies Contribution
Participate in feasibility studies, preliminary design (APS), detailed design (APD), and CAD (DAO) for ongoing projects.
Provide technical support to engineering teams and design offices.
YOUR PROFILE
Education and Experience
Engineering degree in civil engineering, public works, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in studies and methods for construction projects (preferably in hydropower or infrastructure).
Technical Skills
Proficiency in planning and cost estimation tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalents).
Strong knowledge of civil engineering techniques and international standards (Eurocodes, FIDIC).
Good understanding of feasibility studies (APS/APD) and logistics aspects.
Personal Qualities
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to optimize processes.
Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams.
Autonomy, organizational skills, and proactivity.
Languages
Fluent in French.
Fluent in English (essential for international partnerships).
